This is my original blog for all our non-caravanning trips since 2009 and more recently posts about coming to terms with being single again having been widowed in 2018. And anything else too really!

Cruises

P8051236Prior to buying a caravan, cruises featured heavily in our regular holiday plans, but sadly for posterity, if not  English literature, many were in the days before 'A Load of Nonsense' was born. Great trips on the 'Norway' - now razorblades, the QE2 - now in limbo in Dubai and with an uncertain future - and the QM2 all missed out as well as South America and the Panama Canal although I'm going to post some photo's at some point. Many of our cruises were booked through 'Cruising in Style' run by a friend of ours who specialises in cruises for gay and lesbian travellers but will gladly book for anyone!
